Seedbed Planting System

The greenhouse bench system is a core facility for refined seedling raising and highly efficient cultivation in modern agriculture. It is highly adaptable to the breeding of various seedlings, including vegetables, flowers, and medicinal herbs, as well as the cultivation of lightweight crops. The system mainly consists of hot-dip galvanized steel frames, anti-corrosion mesh/planting trays, rolling casters, and irrigation interfaces. It is categorized into two main types: stationary benches and rolling benches.

Rolling benches can be moved laterally, significantly reducing the floor space occupied by aisles and increasing greenhouse space utilization by 30%-40%. Stationary benches offer superior stability and are highly suitable for large-scale transplanting. Featuring a multi-tiered vertical design, the system effectively prevents soil continuous cropping obstacles (replant problems). Its excellent ventilation and light penetration facilitate manual management, pest and disease control, and fertigation operations.

The frames undergo a hot-dip galvanization process, providing exceptional rust and corrosion resistance with a service life of over 15 years. Designed for easy assembly and disassembly, the system is highly adaptable to various greenhouse structures, including glass and film greenhouses. It is a key piece of equipment for achieving standardized and intensive seedling cultivation.
